Description:
A cryptic message stuck inside a faulty LUMAR relay buoy extracted by FST Evans 
message is corrupt and only partial reconstruction was
possible. Broken imagery show a close-up of AM Engineer Imogen Reed in a ductile suit trying to
communicate. The message supposedly originated at Upsilon and 
as briefly broadcast on multiple frequencies.
The meaning of the message is still unknown

controversial as Imogen Reed has been missing for weeks and had already been declared dead.
